Hi, I’m Christine, your next operations leader.
I’m an experienced and resourceful chief of staff, business ops director, and project manager. Over the last few years, I focused on supporting venture companies through periods of significant growth and change.
Recommendations
New companies, new products, new systems: I thrive in the uncertainty of what comes next and execute when others struggle to decide.
I create order out of chaos by prioritizing the right initiatives, breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, and delegating those tasks to the most capable owners.
The work I’ve most enjoyed is encouraging teams to test their assumptions, finding creative solutions to overcome bottlenecks, and of course: getting to revenue.
Many of my previous roles (Skiptown, Iconic Moments, Blueacorn.co) came from CEOs watching me operate in another role. When I became available, they hired me to support their next big initiative.
I’ve worked in six countries, I’m a former Techstars Program Manager, Techstars Mentor, and a current SXSW Startup Pitch Advisor.

I provided temporary project management expertise while Skiptown opened their second and third locations in Denver and Atlanta. During the time there was also a number of initiatives taking place to increase membership and maximize revenue. On day one, I took over a membership sales pilot program, designing the program including scripts to use with customers in different scenarios. I designed and implemented Skiptown’s affiliate marketing program, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create not only a great program, but an easy way for partners to get paid.
I also managed the process for Denver and Atlanta
Founding Member Murals – vetting artists, collecting member pup photos, and systematically organizing them in a way that would be easy to replicate in future Skiptown locations. -
At Iconic Moments I was the Chief of Staff and Operations lead, managing a team of 5. Learn about some of my work supporting Iconic Moments X Jackson Pollock Studio here.

At CO.LAB I got to work with great early stage companies. Some highlights were supporting Cocoa Asante capture procedures for making their chocolate bonbons, getting The Happy Birdwatcher on the Washington Post 2022 Gift Guide, which lead to a sold out holiday season, and the Sustainability and Recycling Reverse Pitch competition, which you can read more about here.

When I was hired, Blueacorn.co had just established a new partnership and found product-market fit. I built the systems and infrastructure that allowed the company to scale from 60 to over 600 team members and from $0 to over $600 million in revenue in just two months.

As a program manager at Techstars, had the rare job of managing two programs at once. I was the program manager for the inaugural Techstars Impact program and for the Techstars Austin program. There I streamlined and simplified both office and program operations. Both programs received an NPS score of 75+.

Learning Enterprises is a volunteer-led 501C3 that connects volunteer teachers and host communities around the world in order to foster cross-cultural exchange and empower young leaders. I led Learning Enterprises for for years, first as Managing Director, then as Chair of the Board of Directors. During that time I oversaw the deployment of 120+ yearly volunteers to over 12 countries, including in China, Mongolia, and Hungary.
